Do I have a virus?

Has anyone ever had this happen before?

I used a YouTube video downloader. Then I started getting these popups like Google Cal reminders. Which I guess means it's within my Chrome app. Sometimes I'll open my computer and there are 6 lined up. Tornado warnings, how to look younger, etc. I deleted the converter app from my computer which makes me further believe it's within Chrome since they still appear. Does anyone know how to alleviate this issue? Thank you!

Yeah, I could've worded that better. Malwarebytes couldn't find anything but I still have the problem. I just downloaded AdBlock like Anpaman suggested to see if that helps.

Thanks for the help everyone. I solved the problem. I went into Chrome notifications, found the website associated with the popups, and deleted it.
