I went to get my iPhone today and they didn't make me activate it in store. The salesperson said I could just activate it at home if I didn't want to wait here, so I left. Now that I'm seeing how much they're going for on ebay, however, I'm tempted to sell it. Do I have to activate it within 30 days or get fined? If so, what's the fine?

Well you are subjected to your 2 year contract. I am not too sure if you can restart your contract and get the iphone for the 399 and 499 pricing. But why risk it just be happy for what you have.
