My apologies if this has been asked before.

We all know the 5C can be pre-ordered tonight, while Apple isn't taking pre-orders on the 5S. Both the 5C and 5S will be available in local apple stores on Sept. 20th.

If I pre-order the 5C tonight, do I have to wait in line with everyone else on the 20th? Do I just walk inside the store?

This is my first time pre-ordering an iPhone

You might not be able to order for in-store pickup via pre-order. I would just get it shipped.

I would think Personal Pickup would be an option, but for a definite answer, I've always found 1(800)MY-APPLE to be extremely helpful and very courteous. ;)

lol thanks man. Another thread stated that pre-ordering for in-store pick-up might backfire if they run out of stock. Home delivery it is.
