My glass screen cover for my 13" MacBook Pro (A1278) has been cracked for about a year now. This morning I decided I was going to replace it. I tested the LCD screen about half way through scraping all the glass off and it still worked fine. I continued and finally applied the new glass cover...
My screen then looked like this 🙁
In case you were wondering, I took the glass cover off (the new one) to see if anything noticeable could've done this to the screen. Words cannot describe how angry and disappointed I was to see this. The LCD was working perfectly this whole time and I chose today to screw it up :/.
Anyway...I was wondering if you all would guess that I need to replace the LCD or if maybe there is some sort of ninja fix that would help solve this issue. I assume I just need a new LCD at this point and would like to know if this would be the correct item to buy: http://www.amznly.com/28c
