Looking at the iFixit guide to replace my Macbook fan, I don't see any steps involving removing or putting on new thermal paste. I'm just replacing the fan, not the heatsink or anything, so do I need to go buy more thermal paste or is this thermal-paste-less?

I decided what the heck and opened it up, and I did not need thermal paste....now when someone searches "fan replace thermal paste" they might find this and have their question answered!
What I did need was a lot of luck getting out the one screw I dropped...
