When we set up our iMac and phones, everything was tied to one primary account. Any new info in terms of names/phone numbers reminders, etc, from either phone would automatically update to the iMac. The only problem is when it comes to email. Any email that my wife sends shows me as the originator instead of her. I don't know how to correct this, so we created a separate account for my wife. This resolved the email issue, but any new contact info, etc she may get while out and about won't update to the iMac.

If there's an easy way to resolve this, I'd sure like to know.

tks

Go into System Preferences > Internet Accounts, and add her iCloud account along with the other one. If you have problems with doing that, going into the Contacts, etc apps, and into their own Preferences, and adding it via their Accounts tab will most likely work.

Note that this won't make it so it syncs back to your phone though (at least the stuff on the other account).

Thanks... I will give that a try and see what happens.
