If you have everything on your phone that you need, delete the old backup. Did you set up your current phone from the 5C backup?

Unless there's something in that backup that's missing from your current data set, no.

I wasn't the one who set my new phone up.... I got it at the Apple Store. I'll have to wait to ask someone offline.
