I just updated to 1.1.3 and I thought that adding bookmarks to the homescreen and making the icons wiggle and moving them was free. My iPod is doing neither. What's going on?

Yes I do believe that those only add themselves once you pony up the $20.

    Pretty sad huh.

There is talk of Apple waiving the fee soon.

I sent an email stating my frustrations with the update and gave them a fairly good earful. I also said that I paid for the update to support the company that I love and hopefully if they respect me enough as a customer they will return my money. I have read of people having success with getting refunds so I figured I would give it a shot plus they needed to know that the update is incredibly unfair. I would suggest you guys try that as well.
