Iphone 5s ios 9.0.2.

Jailbroken with pangu 1.0

Do i need to jailbreak again with the updated pangu 1.0.1? If i do need it, how should i proceed?

Please advise.

No. You are jailbroken. Period.

When they release newer versions of the jailbreak app, it's not the jailbreak itself they are updating. It's the functioning of the app they use to jailbreak your phone. I.e., to squash bugs or make the process better/faster, etc.

If and when there may ever be an update to the actual jailbreak itself you will be notified and prompted to update when you open Cydia.

As I explained in my response to you earlier, any update for the JB itself would come through Cydia. Well, that happened this morning. You'll see it in your changes when next you open Cydia.
