The headphone jack seems to have glitch of sorts.
If i put headphones in I have to twist it to a certain point or it won't make contact and I can only hear background music and not the main ones.

that happened to my iPod..
pull the headphones out just a little bit so that the stripes are still in the device, but a pull could easily get it out..
then you will get full sound...
apparently, according to the store i bought it off, it has something to do with the device 'blowing up' the headphones???!!!
Are they the standard issue iPhone headphones? If not, they will need a jack to allow the use of non-standard headphones. Also, there are some jacks that aren't quite iPhone compatible. 😎
is it me or they just give away iphones like hotcakes lol when i went in to check in for a dead battery i just mentioned a battery and they came out with a new one or refurb 😛 plus it was unlocked just on at&t still traveling purposes 😀
