i saw the fifty dollar game holder waste of money and thought "now hey, thats nifty but its sure not fifty dollars nifty." i gotta say im a do it yourself kind of person when it comes to easy stuff to make like this so ive made my own. saw another design that flickr user ronnsprocket made. i figured i didnt have the tools necessary to make what i did out of good wood but i had some balsa lying around.

just the controller in this one. the stopper is whats just above the controller.

this was really easy to do. just take a piece of paper make a design you think suits you make sure you make the window large enough. number 11 exacto knife cuts straight through balsa. one sheet of 3/32 x 4 x 36 balsa. trace your design onto the sheet cut it out with your knife. mine ended up being six layers glued together. the front piece is a unique piece because of the window and head phone opening next four layers are cut out to fit the width (in landscape). back plate is one whole design cut out.glue it all together, sand it down you got yourself a controller for i dont know less than 10 or 15?

ill try to have more pictures of a step by step process and a template soon.

thats pretty sweet. I might have to make one my self one day. If only it had external buttons then it really would be a gaming console. But i understand the complexities of making one of those so ill be happy with one of yours.
Cant wait to see the step by step guide.

gaudy and ovesized

I'll stick to the free solution that looks good ( using your hands)

Good job ramboisyrfrend. You also could probably adapt the wii wheel to the iPhone I would imagine. But nice work on your own adaptation. :)
