I will be placing an order on Friday for an X, through my business. Of course I can place my order at 6AM but my boss will have to approve it, hopefully as early as possible! My question is, any idea if larger orders from corporations will get treated differently... as in, they should have no issues getting their phones early rather than later?

First world problems.. I know. But hey, I am on a 6 plus who's battery sucks and the lightning port is very finicky anymore...

Thanks

Nope, don’t think they get any benefits unless they’re ordering in bulk. Better option will be buying yourself & getting reimbursed.

There will be no special treatment in regards to iPhone pre-orders. With pent up demand very low supply, it is first come first serve. Anyone who is unable to secure an order under at 12:01 in under 30 secs, will have to wait for an undisclosed amount of time. That time frame will not be known until 1-2 minutes after preorders go live. By 6:00 AM, orders could be backlogged all the way to Jan-Feb or longer.

That doesn't mean you can't purchase an iPhone X. It means that by 6:00 AM Friday morning, your estimated shipping will be way into 2018.

probably way into 2030

By large business orders do you mean 10,000+ or just one?

Are you a corporate purchasing agent negotiating the purchase of millions of dollars of iphones and macs and watches or just a single cog stuck in a cube?

The "rumored" estimate for the first wave of shipments is 2-3 million units by Launch day Nov 3rd. After that, it looks to be ramping production to 10K a week
huh? they're currently making 400k per week. and that is supposed to go up and they're probable capable of producing atleast 400k a day like they did with the iphone 6

again all numbers are from kuo. which are not necessarily right. he was wrong so many times with iphone 6 numbers and 6S numbers and 7 reports.
