Do Legit Pics of iPhone 5 exist?

I agree, and as Engadget reported 2 weeks ago, "right now, the device is being tested discreetly by senior staff at Apple (strictly on campus only)."

So we may not see an actual leak like we have in the past this time around (unless it comes from a china factory).

After the incident of the Apple employee losing his iPhone 4 at the bar ... chances are Apple has stepped up security for the iPhone 5 :cool:
 
Do people really think theres gonna be an iphone 5 this year? And not just an iphone 4 redesign? Like the Iphone 3G to the 3GS? Apple is going to release a redesign this year, I'm very confident about that.

Exactly. Some folks around here are going to be sadly disappointed when we get an iPhone 4s this June with just some software updates and maybe an antenna fix. "legit pics of iPhone 5"? Yeah, it looks exactly like the iPhone 4.

It is nice that you are confident about that, but no one knows for sure what Apple will do. And we certainly don't know anything for sure this far out from the launch.

technically those are two different phones, regardless if the case changed or not, the added hardware inside made the 3GS different from the 3G

You're confident about nothing. You're just speculating and dropping your opinion like everyone else here.

First of all, the 3GS was a far bigger upgrade than the 3G was.

Secondly, iPhone 5 refers to the 5th generation iPhone regardless of what it looks like. The 3GS was the iPhone 3. So yes, there will be an iPhone 5 this year.
 
I'll be assisting in the search by spending every evening after work in a bar keeping a sharp eye out for oddly disguised phones. :D
 
Someone needs to find an Apple tester at a bar that has the phone and slip him some Roofies. If any of these blogs out there are as good as they claim, they would hire a smokin hot woman to entice said subject and enact the plan.

Sadly, they lake imagination and vision. Hopefully some leaked pics will come along. I think the pics on the first page are as good as it gets for now. The phone is going to be the same I think besides the frame. Other than that, it will be internal changes mostly (dual band cdma/gsm).

Even if it is just an small redesign with upgraded specs, it will be the fifth generation iPhone. iPhone 4 is named like that because it was the 4th generation.

Therefore, under that same logic, Apple would consider the iPhone 3G as iPhone 2 and iPhone 3GS as iPhone 3. Some people just fail to understand.

Therefore, even if is just a 3GS like upgrade, chances are high that they are going to still call it the iPhone 5, if they stick to the current naming conventions.
