Hey!

I bought a iPhone 6s this week. I've got a question about live wallpapers and it's if they drain iPhone battery or not.

I would imagine that any movement on the screen would require extra graphic processing and require more juice than something that does not move.

It does, but the difference is negligible. I'd say it would drain maybe 3-5% more per day to have a live vs still wallpaper.

I think it is important to differ between dynamic and live wallpaper. Live wallpaper on 6s/6sp+ hardly take any extra batteri, because it doesn't move unless you force touch the lock-screen. So unless you force touch the lock screen a lot, it is basically comparable to a still image.
