Not sure what you are asking. New Macs loaded with Lion will not include physical disks, but they will include a HDD partition with the same goods as a normal restore disk. You can access it by holding down ALT at the blank screen at startup. Older Macs that came with Snow Leopard will come with Snow Leopard DVDs.
