Can we make them dual-boot between Mac OS and Linux? Of course triple-boot including Windows is even better.

M1 machines can't currently run anything else than macOS natively. Linux support is being worked on (it actually boots and kind of runs, but it's still very experimental at the moment, not usable for any kind of work). And I don't think Microsoft is actually working on M1 support at all. Windows on Arm is still semi-useless even on their own devices.

Also, Apple seems to believe that virtualization is the way to go, not booting other OSes natively, so it's not disabled on Apple Silicon, but it isn't explicitly supported or well-documented either.

So i have heard ,with people trying to put it on Pi.As this video shows ,who would even want it on a Pi when you have so many excellent Linux distros.

For the 2019 16" MBP, since it's Intel, yes you should be able to install Windows and Linux on it. I don't have that model of MBP, so I don't know how well.
I did try and put it on an external drive but it ended up wipping my internal drive, :( Good job i keep backups.:)But i kept on getting those annoying grub boot files.:(So i would not advise putting it on there ,unless you have an old Mac that you just want Linux on there .And wipe Mac off all together
I have a couple of Mac OS drives to get to the Mac installer and get Mac back on my internal drive. :)
