I’m an attorney but my office is overall pretty casual and day to day court we can wear brighter colors or dresses and it’s no big deal, so I like to switch it up with colorful bands. I’m currently wearing the Nike Pride band since I got it.

Yep same here - leather for day to day and a sports one for running.

Sport band, sport loop, milanese loop and a link bracelet from Spigen. Change colour and type for occasions and to combine well with clothes.

I’m currently using the leather loop for everyday usage and sport band for any kind of workouts.

May try and get my hands on a leather buckle strap as well.

I have a Space Black SS Watch and only like bands where the lugs work well with that. Currently I have:
  • SB Link
  • SB Milanese Loop
  • Black leather loop
  • Black Sport band
I don’t tend to change them regularly, but I do change periodically based on how I feel. The Link is probably my all-round favourite but I’m currently wearing the leather loop to change things up. 😊

I keep meaning to round out my collection with a black Sport Loop of some kind...

Hey all sorry for late replies. Good to see what other people tend to do. I am going to look and getting an additional band now. Hope I don’t get addicted to buying bands though lol. Just need to see what one. Also is it worth paying the extra for an Apple genuine band rather than alternative bands from other places?

I got a cheaper third-party version of the Nike sport band and it's fine for me when I run. I'd probably spend a bit more on an everyday-use leather band but it's like with most things you'll get very good quality third party copies that cost less than Apple charge.

Think there's a sticky on this forum with a massive list of companies selling bands - take a look and see what's out there and judge your budget accordingly I'd say

Apple offers two week return period in most countries. Some bands I find are much nicer direct from Apple. I had a few third party rubber/sports bands that were just plain terrible, as an example. Order and return what you don’t like.

On my silver aluminum 44mm AWS4 I use a blue and grey Sport Loop as my daily driver as it's comfortable, washes easily, and is durable, plus it looks great. For special occasions where I would dress nicely I wear a black genuine leather band with frosted aluminum lugs (Leathersy, it came with polished aluminum for some reason) and tan stitching. Can't remember what brand it is.

Absolutely. Leather for nice occasions, sports loop for hot weather and workouts, sports band just for fun.

I have different bands for different occasions for sure, but it's becoming less of an issue in my mind as the watch becomes more popular. In formal business settings I've seen plenty of others wearing the aluminum watch with a sport band, including CEOs of international financial companies. So most of the time I just wear whatever band I'm in the mood for on a given day.

My biggest concern in general has been not letting my watch stick out when that would be inappropriate. At a funeral for example. My space black series 4 with black sport band disappears when I'm wearing a black suit. My black leather band does the same, while looking a little nicer at the same time.

At this point I feel I don't need any more bands beyond the 5 that I have now. I've pined after the link bracelet since day one, but could never justify the cost. Of course, I received a bunch of Best Buy gift cards recently but they don't seem to carry it really (online only, and only for the smaller watch).

This. Look, I love the look of the stainless. But when people are like, oh, you have to get stainless because it looks more professional, I'm like, no. People just see an Apple Watch. They don't differentiate between-- oooh that looks so professional or "wtf are you wearing that cheap looking aluminum thing"?
