Do people with iOS 5 beta 7 need a special version??

Can we get our update through iTunes or do we need a version downloaded in the iOS Dev. Center??
 
please let me know, I am on a Windows Machine and when I click on update my iTunes says I already have the latest version.
 
You can get it thru iTunes now since its public. Yes you need to update because beta 7 will expire.
