Do series 2 buttons click?

just got a series 2, and the buttons are mushy. No click.

Is this normal? My series 1 clicks, but thought maybe the new seals may have an effect

Mine seem to "Click", but then again, I'm used to it, being I haven't worn my first Gen in awhile.

Do you mean the crown and the side button? Both are clicky on mine. The side button seems to bee a bit louder than the crown.

This would be the best way to explain it and agreed they make a click sound.

Both of the buttons makes a click sound the way I like it. Both are not mushy.

And it's audible when clicking, which I like.
