Because if not, it may be the better deal to purchase the Apple Watch With Sport Band then purchase the link separately. Anyone know?

In the review videos, it only came with the link bracelet and it was already attached. I'm not sure which country you're in but in the U.S. the price is the same regardless of you buy watch with band a then band b or buy vice versa.

EDIT: I see you live in Illinois. So yeah, it doesn't really matter which way you buy. I'm in a similar boat though. I'm buying the watch with the sport band and the link separately because I'm not sure about the link but I am about the sport.

Each watch only comes with one band. That's the band watch combo you choose. You do NOT get any other bands included. They have to be purchased separately.

And I think I read somewhere that the bands are going to be available a week or two after the watches go on sale? I could be going crazy, but I'm sure I read that lol.

Right, the price is the same in the US either way.

$599 for 42mm with Sport band + $450 for Link bracelet = $1049
or
$999 for 42mm with Link bracelet + $50 for Sport band = $1049

Which is why I'm getting the sport to start with and plan to add the link bracelet later -- not to mention the UK site leak that indicated the one that includes the Link bracelet won't ship on the 24th.

If the link won't ship any time soon then I might order the Milanese loop. I'm going to the store regardless to try like 6 watch combinations.

You can only try two per reservation. If you want to try that many you will need to make three try on reservations.

I've heard conflicting information on this. In other articles or posts I read that you get 15 minutes to try any combination you like, provided it's one of the ones Apple sells. That's why they have the ability to "favorite" watch combinations. I guess we'll find out in a few hours.

Do the Link SS Apple Watch Combo come with Sport bands too?

But if you purchase the SS watch/sport combo, you get two sizes of bands right? Alternatively, do you get the two bands (sizes) if you purchase the sport band separate?

Scratch that... Just saw Sports does have two bands. Sorry! So I guess it's SS Sport Band and extra bands individually for me then! :)

I was wondering the same thing, The link bracelet isn't stainless steel, not even the connectors to the watch, so it should match the aluminum as much as it matches the stainless steel
