Do the Turtle Beach PX5's pair with an iPad?

I've got a pair of these and can't get them to pair with my iPad. They pair just fine with my iPhone, but for some reason not the iPad.

Does anyone here own these and could give it a try or does anyone know which could be the problem? My only concern is that I haven't paired anything else with my iPad so I'm not even sure if my Bluetooth works.

Maybe this is a dumb suggestion but have you tried to turn off bluetooth on the iPhone first and try to pair it with the iPad?
