There may be some similar features, but these two would never be mistaken for one another. Ultimately my answer is no. When taken as a whole, these two people look nothing alike in my opinion. You are on the top?

The gaze is the same, the mouth, chin and noses are close, but the eyes and eyebrows are distinctly different. Sure, they could be related.
