Like where I could plug a thingy into the headphones than plug a thingy into my iPhone and be able to listen to music wirelessly on my headphones without buying wireless headphones?

Your question isn't very clear. That said I believe what you're looking for is the following. The headphones are separate from the adapter so it can be used with any headphones you wish. I use it with my Senheiser PX-200's. It communicates with the Bluetooth in the iPhone or iPad and allows you to listen to whatever you're playing. It also has a built in mic for phone calls and works with Siri on the 4S.

Whatever you do, do NOT get the Jabra Clipper. I had 2 of these, and both broke at the jack insert (losing 1 channel). Also, the sound volume was miserable, about 50% of wired headsets.

For those of you who have used such devises, any recommendations for one with excellent volume (for a loud environment)?
