Planning to Buy a an APPLE COMPUTER and m not an expert so apart from this helpful website ( Mac rumors ) , is Apple Tech Support helpful .

To expand on the above, people have a much better experience with phone support rather the the in-store geniuses. On the whole tho, people seem pretty happy with Apple support
