I'd like to think we will see 5.5" on a smaller device (less bezels) or a larger screen on the same size device as the iPhone 6+ (less bezels).

Eh, it's possible. I could see a 5.7" or 6" in the distant future, but I think they're set for now.

I hope not, even though I'm used to the size of the phone, it's still less than ideal in some situations. Bigger would make it really unwieldy as a daily use phone.

Do u think apple will ever release a iPhone larger than 5.5 inches?
It's certainly not outside the realm of possibility. The largest phablet I know of that's relatively popular is the Xperia Z Ultra, which has a 6.44" display. Given that the iPad mini's screen isn't too far from that, at 7.9", I would say somewhere around 6.5" would be the maximum that Apple, or any other company would go to for a phablet.

But also taking into consideration how long Apple stuck with the 3.5" size for the iPhone, they may establish 5.5" for the next few years in the "Plus" category. It's a good size for a phablet; large enough that it's distinct from 4.7"-5.0" offerings but not so large that it will alienate most buyers.

Like the 4-inch screen, the current sizes will at least stay for two years.

I guess it will be much longer than 2 years because the current 4.7 and 5.5 inch sizes are already close to the limit of our hands' reach.

I think it depends on whether Apple are more attached to the screen size or the current overall unit size. As some manufacturers have achieved much reduced bezels and chins they can fit bigger screens in the same space. The 6+ could probably accommodate a larger 5.7 ish screen and retain it's current size. Alternatively they could keep with 5.5 and come down in size to similar to the LG G3 which also has a 5.5 inch screen but smaller overall unit size.

My guess is, they will keep 4.7" and 5.5" for the iPhone 7 (2016), but the bezel will be a lot smaller. Maybe in 2018, we will get a 5.1" and 5.7" iPhone 8 (2018).

Do u think apple will ever release a iPhone larger than 5.5 inches?

Yeah, but only if they can reduce their ridiculously oversized bezels that trump any other phone out there. For that to happen, the fingerprint reader home button needs to go, first.

do u think apple will ever release a iPhone Plus larger than 5.5 inches?

I like many people am hoping the iPhone 7 Plus is the same size screen with a smaller body. Looking at the 6 Plus and LG G3 side by side makes me wish so badly Apple had put a little effort into optimizing the footprint.

While they are at it, I wouldn't mind seeing the 7 go to 5" in roughly the same footprint as the 6.

Now that Apple has entered the big screen game, they need to work on their bezels.
