Was kinda hoping the deal was a recurring deal. I buy at least one new Apple product every year 🙂 I did finally get the email last week saying the trial was extended to Feb 2021.

That aside, per trial details it seems like it's one trial per Apple ID/Family Sharing group:

Yep. Ordered my iPad and wasn’t eligible as I had taken advantage of it with my iPhone about 3 weeks earlier.
