Carrier Do we have to qualify for an AT&T Next upgrade?

It says upgrade eligible on my line when logged in. I am no longer in contract so I know that much. How do I find out if I am able to order through Next though?

AT&T customer service is closed want to know before ordering. When logged in online it just takes me through a loop saying I'm too early when trying to view.

You guys are awesome that was quick. I'm eligible for Next good stuff. I have one more question about it. I plan to pay it off quickly but when going Next and part of a mobile share value plan we pay $25 for the line if under 10GB right? And then on top of that we pay the monthly installment based on what Next plan we chose e.g shorter plan $35 for the 6 64GB?

Great, couple more questions when preordering do we pay anything activation fee or taxes or is everything just put on our next bill? I wonder if going through Apple do we need to log into our AT&T account before we checkout?

I've never done Next want it to go smoothly as possible.
