Do we know if we have to re-buy apps?

Hey, when the app store opens, if you own an iPhone and an iPod Touch, for example, will you have to buy the apps twice?

What if you had a Touch and upgrade to the iPhone, will you be able to take your purchased apps with you?

How about the scenario where you have to do a restore, you'll be able to restore your purchased apps, right?

I had a 16GB iPod Touch since December, recently sold it and got a 16GB iPhone. I see no reason why apps won't be treated by iTunes in exactly the same way as everything else you get via iTunes.
