Do we know when the Battery Case for the Plus is out ?

They probably won't is my guess. I don't think there was one for the plus model on the 6 either.

There won't be. If you need your phone for more than a solid 12 hours of use per day you need to reevaluate things.

Apple did not release an official battery case for the 6s Plus last year. They may not release one for the 7 Plus either.
