I started with a SS Watch. It was too heavy so I switched to aluminum. I’ve had a few different colors. I liked the gold one. Now I mostly go with some sort of silver or grey. It would be nice if they offered something a little bolder.

I've only owned two, but the newer one (series 10), I got Midnight because there's no contrast between the display and the rest of the body, so it looks like it's "all one thing" if that makes any sense. The silver aluminum SE I had before you could clearly see the display sitting on top of the rest of the case.

My Apple watches have always been black stainless. When I added the Ultra 1, it was of course titanium, but I would have bought black had it been an option.

I´ve hd many different colors, right now BlackUltra2.
The red Watch 6 is may favorite.
Would buy a red ultra3 immediately.

got the 3 when it was basically there "SE" variant in black, the Series 6 in Product (red) which I guess matched my phone, getting ready too get the AW3 black, since it's a basic color and also matches the current phone.

Always gotten black aluminium. As I opt for the models with the nike sport band, my colour choices tend to be more limited, and black somehow feels easier to pair with coloured bands. This is the first time I have encountered paint chipping issues with my watch though, which makes me wonder if I might have been better off with the silver model.

That's one of the reason I always go with silver.

I've bought the red ever since it first became available...and I'm really freaking out over what I'll buy when I finally upgrade from my Series 9! All of my bands were chosen to complement the red! Ack!

Gold stainless steel was really stunning and sparkly so when I first heard about it when the Apple Watch Series 4 came out I thought of getting it when it was time to upgrade my Apple Watch Series 1.

My S1 was a space grey aluminum, previously liked dark watches but gold looks nicer and better so I got my series 6 in that colour.

Next one once I upgrade to will be either natural or gold titanium , 42mm.

No aluminium as the Ion X glass on these watch faces get scratched up even when you lean your watch against a wall or something, and also over time it gets ugly. That’s how my series 1 ended up looking like after a year, and to 8 years.

I will always go with silver/natural color. Black looks great, but scratches show up too much and would really bug me. Stainless and titanium watches take on a patina with time, which I can live with.

If they had a solid ceramic in black I might reconsider . . .
