Well? 😕

Tongue.jpg

Nope. I have done some years ago, to get rid of a weird fungal infection, but not since. Should I? 😕

Um - who's the girl with the lovely long and very clean tongue?

Sometimes, not all the time. Definitely if I've had something with more than a delicate hint of garlic. Like tonight. Ohh that kebab after work was a bad but tasty and filling idea.

Yea, I brush my tongue. A lot of the time that can be the cause of bad breath.

I brush my tongue every time I brush my teeth. Like others have said - germs on the tongue can cause bad breath. That was all I had to hear to make me a life long Tongue Brusher.

I use one of those tongue scraper things after brushing my teeth.

Brush teeth, use tongue scraper thing, rinse out with mouthwash.

Clean clean clean!

Absolutely. I brush my tongue everytime I brush. I should use Listerine more often than I do now...

Occasionally. Sometimes I just get the urge. You can actually get toothbrushes with tongue cleaning bits on the back of the head. I might buy one when I need a new toothbrush.

I do, maybe every other day or so. I like the idea, but I'm often too lazy to follow through with it.

I dont know how you could go without. Some people might get more build up on their tongues than others. Brushing my teeth/tongue is usually the first thing I do when I get up in the morning.

Yes,

I brush my tongue every time I brush my teeth. I also brush my teeth for 5 minutes using light circular strokes, floss the way the dentist showed me and rinse with listerine.

I finally went to the dentist for a cleaning after 5 years and my plaque build up was less than their average patient after 6 months. Being anal retentive about oral hygene is beneficial.
