When your talking about the new iPhone, do you refer to it as the X or 10?

I will call it 10 and continue to do so no matter whatever Apple may call their phone.

Read it and write it as Ex. Hence, "an" X. 50/50 saying it Ex or Ten.

Niche: Some say it nitch. Some say it neesh.

I've decided I'm going to call it "The incredable most awesome handheld device ever designed". Or TIMA for short. X is far to ambiguous.

I probably say iPhone 10 90% of the time, but I fall back to my primitive ways and say iPhone X every now and then.

I know it's wrong but Ex sounds more badass.

Apple had to have known that it would be called that half the time. Otherwise they'd have gone with 10 not Roman numeral

Ten. That's it's official name. It's been TEN years since the original iPhone, as well. Nice coincidence (though they skipped the number nine, so it's a little forced :p).

Just like how OS X on the Mac is pronounced OS "ten," since the software was/is still revision 10.x.x.

I call it X as in 'ex'. IDK about others but I only ever hear people say Mac OS 'ex' referring to the current operating system. Don't know why it'd be different for the iPhone. I'm pretty sure even the apple genius bar workers say os 'ex'.
