It’s a low risk, but TouchID and FaceID weren’t just introduced for convenience. It was to add peace of mind security.
It’s always bothered me, but never concerned me much.
It’s not like I’m on national television with the President and typing 000000 into my phone while it’s in direct, plain site of the news cameras… 🤦🏼♂️😂😂
I am in the camp that wishes Apple would’ve included TouchID into the power button while retaining FaceID for iPhone 13. It would’ve helped people navigate the pandemic a lot more safely, conveniently and securely.
I’m sure Apple sees it as a cost saving measure not to do it and that once they introduced it they would be expected to stick with that. Plus they would rather push people to buy an Apple Watch, which is some real BS, but it’s whatever.
