Other people say that I'm a genius, but I secretly fear that book smarts and language learning might be the only things I'm good at.

I guess I'll find out after I graduate in 2 months...

I consider myself to be more intelligent than most of my peers, but usually don't try and talk on things I know about even when one of my friends states something that is wrong.

However, I've all but lost any math ability I had. I had completed my required high school math classes after my Freshman year of high school, because I was in a special program in middle school that allowed me to take high school courses early. So, I didn't have any type of math class my final 3 years of high school. When I went to college I had to take a placement test to place into a math class and I was placed in a remedial math course (which didn't bode well for an Econ major). So, I changed my major and didn't take any math courses in college other than statistics, which I did surprisingly well with.

My friends say I'm a genious.

But really, I think I was a year or two ahead of the curve up until about halfway through high school. From there, I just cruised until I finished uni. Not doing spectacularly but well enough for the amount of effort I had consigned myself to doing. I wish now that I had at least put more effort into study.

I'd say I'm book smart. I'm a year ahead of the average student in science and 2 years ahead in math. Both of those classes are ridiculously easy and so is the advanced english class I'm taking.

I never had to study to get good grades in school, so when school was over, I thought I was smart. Then, I went to university and realized that compared to lots of people, I'm a baboon.
