Do you customize you mac? How?

Hey all, I want to know if you customize your mac (OS, appearance, apps, etc.)

And what methods/ applications you use.

Uh.. People used Shapeshifter but it doesn't look like it works on Leopard..

Personally, I installed Windows 7 on my mac, and customize it that way

I use candybar to replace icons - very cool program.

Has any one done hacks such as spacers in the dock, changing the animated "poof" when you remove items from the dock, modified there 3d dock or other such customizations?
