I do. It just gets too hot in southern canada. I also take them to re- energise. That's why they say if you must drink+drive, have a black mug of coffee and a cold shower.:rolleyes:
 
Always on the cold side in winter, and pretty damn cold in the summer. When I run in to work, nothing but cold water, followed by about 10 minutes standing in the walk in freezer.

It gets pretty darned hot here in the south.. and incredibly humid.

The heat index is 33C right now and climbing.. when I have to do yardwork in this, I have to take a cold, cold, cold shower afterwards or risk dying.

Not usually, but I may have to now. ;)

Really, though, I will take a cool shower, but never have I intentionally taken a cold shower. I did once in a hotel when the water heater went out, but that's about it.
 
I usualy do in the morning when I have to get up for school. I have to wake up at 6am, and I just find it really hard to get up at that time, no matter what time I go to bed.

I wouldn't consider the water cold, but it's definitely closer to the C than it is to the H.:cool:
 
Depends on the weather. What I hate is when the water heater acts up, nothing like cold water in the winter, Funny what happens to some bits of the human anatomy when exposed to near freezing water in the winter. :eek:

Me either. I hate cold showers. If I want to be cooled off I'll go swimming or go near the air conditioner. :)
 
Sometimes ------ particularly after a very steamy phone call with her good self or something like that. :D

Yea, I gotta take cold showers in the morning as well, but for a completely different reason...;)

I take one every day after work, but I usually take warm ones before bed and in the morning. A cold shower has never had a negative effect on me, I think it's a myth.
 
Where's the option for "sometimes"? :rolleyes:

I will take a cold shower when it's really humid and/or hot out, or when I've just gone for a long run and am overheating. Otherwise, it's always warm, not too hot though... :cool:
