Do you guys keep the boxes for your iPhones?

YES. I thought I was the only one!! I have boxes for my iPad mini, iPad Air 2, iPhone 5s and Apple Watch (that's all I have! Lol)

They no longer have the handle. It's just a box that looks a lot like what the iPads come in now. I bought a new 2012 MBP that still had the handle on the box, my 2015 MBP did not.

Did you buy it in store?

I'm wondering if only those sold in the store have the handle, those bought online do not.

My 2015 bought online also did not have the handle.
 
when possible. big regret is not having my apple watch box tough, that was left in an hotel room in toronto. it was gorgeous.
 
I keep boxes of all expensive products or Apple products. Still have two iPod touch 2nd gen boxes, an iPod touch 4th gen box, an iPod touch 5th gen box, a galaxy s4 box, iPad mini 2 box, iPhone 5 box, iPhone 6 box, iPhone 6S box, and now an Apple TV 4 box. I just love apples packaging
 
Yes, I always keep them, but include them when I sell my phones. Much easier to sell a phone with all original packaging and accessories included.
 
I do the same, but with all Apple devices. I've got 4 iPhone boxes, 3 iPad boxes, 2 Apple TV boxes, a few iPod boxes, two Apple Watch boxes, and two MacBook Pro boxes
