Do you guys keep your .avi files after you convert?

For the guys that convert .avi files to .mp4 (m4V) format for the Apple Tv using handbrake, do you keep your .avi files or delete them?

I don't have an ATV, but after I've converted them for my iPhone, I put them on my Mini running Boxee.

why would you need to keep them if you convert them and have a new copy.

i've honestly never needed to use an .avi file, i always get my content straight from the source to ensure 100% compatibility and quality.
