Sure you can. You can't change the passcode without it but you can change the auto-lock (the time it takes the phone to automatically turn off the screen) to something like never by going into settings when the phone is already unlocked.

No passcode on my iPhone 4s, yes after upgrading to a 5s (may as well, since I unlock it using touch ID anyways).

Right that can depend on a work Exchange account being set up with certain requirements or some profile installed. For most that don't have that the option would typically be there.

I have mine set to 15 minutes for when I'm listening to music. I've found that I either set it to repeat 1 song within 15 minutes, or I just go through an entire playlist.

When I had my 5, it was set to every 15 minutes.

Now, with the my 5s, it's all about TouchID (which is on).
