Do you have to include more information so we can answer your question?

The OP is determined to rattle off as many questions as possible each day.

I've use the iOS app to make an appt. with the Genius Bar and to reserve a purchase before I went itn, which works well.

On two occasions I just showed up for help at the Genius Bar and they made time, but I imagine if they were really swamped that I wouldn't have been so lucky.

Looks like about 35 a week on average. At least half of those are multiple questions on the exact same topic, and many are the same question reposted when no one answered the first one.

Reel it in kid. This isn't a live support chatroom. 81 new threads in 17 days is hogging bandwidth, especially since most of what you're posting is in the wrong forum.
