Do you have to reenter your thumbprints if you restore from encrypted backup?

Anyone know? I had problems with my thumbprint scan until I recanned my prints. The scanner is working perfect now and don't want to mess up the scans again but need to restore to reclaim some other space. Anyone know if the fingerprints carry over if you encrypt the backup to the computer?

Fingerprint data is not backed up and you can't force it to be backed up either.
It is stored on a section of the A7 chip.

Ok thanks. I guess i'll chance it. Maybe it was just a bad scan the first time around.
