They turned a one-swipe gesture into a 2-swipe process, and even after you use two fingers to expand, they don't fan out completely. Why not fan out completely like in Expose on SL? They fan out a little bit more--not quite effective sometimes.

grabbing and moving windows in spaces is now much less effective. You can't grab and and move windows from a space you aren't focused on.

Lion is definitely 2 steps back in some aspects. Not to mention the bugs, and occasional lags.

Like others, Mail is the one redeeming feature of lion.

ok. I like the new mail. Don't quite get the point of the new track pad swipes. I mean, just one fingered swipe bottom left/top right already gets be desktop/all open apps.

But I am sure I haven't explored most of the new features yet (and probably never will).

You just haven't figured out how to do it. Set your trackpad so that a three or four finger swipe down shows all your windows just like Expose.

Loving Lion so far

Can't pick a single favourite feature as I think Mail and Full disk encryption are both superb. On my Air, I'd add full screen apps to that list (but not on my iMac)

Least favourite feature is the horrendously ugly new calendar

haha, first thing I did was check whether I could change that hideous gold or whatever colour that is supposed to be.

Lion has some quirks, but overall I'm still enjoying it.

Like most: Mail
Like least: Launchpad (It's just not useful to my workflow)

Mixed bag.

Good:
Mission Control on MacBook
Local TimeMachine backups (on MacBook)
Versions, autosave, and resume
Lots of little improvements.

Bad:
Mission Control and Full Screen apps (two displays) on iMac
Two pane Address Book
"Natural" scroll direction
Potential and real problems with feature removal: Rosetta, Front Row, iSync, iDVD, iWeb, and many features in Lion Server.
Lots of bugs -- networking issues, keyboard becomes non-responsive, some setting don't seem to stick, application instability.
