My HD camera does 720. If I dump that into iMovie 08 and then export to media browser (to then burn in iDVD) there is no 720 option. It's like 960 or something (Not in front of the Mac right now.) If I upscale the video from 720 to 960, will I loose quality? How do I go from 720 to 720?

Also, how do you do the chapter markers that you could previously do in iMovie 06? I heard you have to dump it into Garageband. Is that true?

DVDs do not do 720p. The standard DVD pixel map is 720 x 480. As to the 960 business, I believe that you are misreading the pop-up menu. You have a choice of importing 1080i video as 960 x 540 or as 1920 x 1080. The "960" refers to the horizontal pixel count. "720p" refers to the vertical pixel count.
