As in, do you get one finish across the board? IE, gold iPhone, gold iPad, gold MacBook.

If so, or if not so, why?

No I don't usually match my devices. I also prefer to have a variety of devices and try not to stick with the same manufacturer. There's a lot of good devices out there so this allows me to get experience with other non-Apple products. However, my primary devices usually are Apple products.

Sort of - my smaller devices (iPhone and iPad mini) are both silver and my larger ones (rMB and iPad Pro) are both space grey. The reason is simply that I prefer the look of the white bezel on smaller devices and the black bezel on bigger ones :)

My watch is also space grey because I like the look of that one the most

Good luck with that

I always buy the blackest iPhone and iPad, because I hate white bezels. I wouldn't be averse to a coloured back, but there's no choice. It doesn't really matter for my iPhone because after smashing two screens, I always use a case.

My Apple watch is bare aluminium, because it was cheapest, and it will get scratched at work, so anything other than a raw finish would look awful quickly. Also, I was originally set on the black one, until I saw it in the flesh, and I was surprised how boring it looks.

My Mac mini is silver, because that's all that was available. My gaming PC is black with red accents, because that was least expensive, and actually looks quite cool in an understated way, and my 11" HP Stream is blue, because it was that or pink, and I bought it for a specific purpose in a meeting with high level management.

I don't really have any need for a portable mac, but if I could justify it I'd buy a black 12" MacBook.

I try to - currently i have the space grey iPad air 2 and iPhone 6 but i want to venture gold with my next iPhone (possibly the anniversary) but im not going to replace my iPad to try and colour match next year if I don't need to.

techinally from the back my devices no longer are completely matching as there is no matte black ipad..YET

I have a Silver iPad Mini, Silver iPhone 6, Silver iPhone 7 Plus (on it's way), MacBook Air (which is silver, kind of), and might get a Silver Watch, as well. :)

I am a lover of silver (as light grey is one of my favourite colours)... :p

This is by no means be hating on black (or any other colour for that matter), as I did have a Black & Slate iPhone 5 before, and a Black iPad Mini, and also still have a Black 3rd Gen. iPod Touch. :p

Nope. It's whatever I'm diggin at the time of purchase.
Ditto. Betty White is right.

I actually try to mix up different gadgets since most of them are black. And I used to match the arrangement on my homescreen but that gets redundant too. Prefer if some have different apps and setups. Apple might love the uniformed look but I don't. I prefer if they have their own district personality and different advantages over each other.

All of my Macs are silver or white and all of my iOS devices are black. I have one iPod touch that is white/silver, but I dislike the white faceplates so I won't buy another device like that.

I always get whatever is the 'whitest' version I can. White tends to show fewer scratches.

I have a Rose Gold Macbook, Rose Gold iPad Pro, Rose Gold Apple Watch and a Rose Gold iPhone 7 Plus, a standard 13" Macbook Pro Retina, and a Space Gray iPad Mini 4. I have even replaced my Watch and gotten the Macbook just for the Rose Gold.
