This really won't impact me because I rarely stream video over cellular data. The only thing I stream everyday is music, and I don't believe that will be affected.

Am I the only one who never watches video on LTE? May be because I have a tiered plan but I do have 16 GB (we average 8GB/mo usage). But yeah, I'll wait till I get home, or to college, or to work (no... of course not!), or church, or ... anywhere that has WiFi before watching a video.

Unlimited here. I'll be opting out.

I do watch videos on LTE. Not all the time, but if I'm out and about and a video comes up, I watch it. Only if I want to see it on a larger screen so I think about waiting to get home or to my iPad. Wifi doesn't enter into my thinking.

Usually a large corporation will not tell you there is a way to save money. Throttling my media by default to save me money? How nice of them.
