Other Do you need to clean up after uninstalling apps?

When apps are uninstalled, does it leave any folders or temporary files in the phone? If so then is there a way to clean up these unused files?

There may be some saved data in iCloud but otherwise theres nothing left to 'clean up' when it comes to iOS

Vermifuge is correct. Depending on which apps you have been using, there may be some secondary files stored in iCloud that can be manually deleted once the app has been removed.

Doesn't the pop-up warning specifically say that all app data will be permanently erased?
