Do you own both the U.K. and U.S. iTunes versions of The Office?

Before I go and whine at Apple I want to make sure it’s not something unique to me.

Do you own both the U.K. and U.S. iTunes versions of The Office (U.K. store)? On my systems because some numpty at Apple decided to call them by the exact same name all the episodes are mixed in together on my iOS and macOS devices. Worse still is that I can’t even navigate to the U.S. version episodes on my Apple TV 4K, I have to search for it first to bring them up.

Was the US office ever specifically called the office us?
The UK being the original was just called the office.
Perhaps Apple don’t hold any rights over the nameming.

possibly because people like British accents ?
