Do you really think Apple will release a 5.5" phone?

I would rather they stick to 4.7 and 4.0 personally. At this point though I can believe that 5.5 is real and while I would love to try it out. 4.3-4.5 has always been my personal sweet spot.

We have confirmed reports from the Wall Street journal (amongst others), supply chain confirmation, full body specs, glass, parts, logic board, cases by companies who financially depend on having accurate inside info, etc etc.



Anyone who's not sure it's being made at this point should never go to Vegas.

Then when? It doesn't seem at all realistic that they'd sit on it until Q3 2015. Early 2015 seems possible, but skipping the entire holiday season?

They'll either release it september 2014 or september 2015.
Since we had a lot of leaks of the 4.7 and only a few alleged parts of the 5.5 I guess this model will wait until next year.

Otherwise what is the alternative? Someone watches the announcement who really wants a 5.5, and sees that only a 4.7 is launched. So he buys that and then a short time later finds out they're also releasing a 5.5?

That's my big fear. Although I'm pretty sure I'll get the 4.7 device it would be nice to try both out in the store.
