Do you Spy or view the categories

Just thought I'd get some thoughts from you lot on how to view the forums.

Do you have spy open in the background, and watch it every now again then view what seems to interest you? Or do you select certain categories on the forums and go from there.

I mainly use New Posts to see what is going on.

Neither... I use the new posts feature like OllyW. I set forums I am not interested in to ignore so the new posts button just gives me forums I want.

I do a little of everything. Spy, New Posts, trending threads, my watched threads, watched forums and some category browsing.

I like the spy, it shows the active threads, and whether I want to jump in on the discussion
