I keep saying "iWatch" without meaning too. Does anyone else accidentally do that?

It's irrelevant. Apple doesn't care. Frankly it's less narcissistic which would really send Steve into a rage.

I like "Apple Watch"

I have heard the i-prefix applied to lots of items since the iMac first was sold, so shouldn't be a big deal after 16 years. (So, certainly nothing new and different about that :D )
iMac
iTV
iPhone
iWhatever, etc

I don't think the Apple Watch should be treated any differently, just because Apple decided on a different name.
